Delicious, hand made all butter puff pastry sausage rolls. The sausage roll is perfect for lunch or supper, the Party size is great for a buffet, and the bite size is delicious as a canape with drinks and cocktails.
These sausage rolls are frozen, and are ready to bake at home.
Cooking instructions
TO COOK FROM RAW:
Regular size sausage rolls:
If frozen, defrost fully for 1 day in the fridge. Egg wash the pastry before popping into a preheated oven at 180C Fan for 35 to 40 mins. The core temperature should be at 75C when they are done cooking.
Party size sausage rolls:
If frozen, defrost fully for 1 day in the fridge. Egg wash the pastry before popping into a preheated oven at 180C Fan for 40 to 45 mins. The core temperature should be at 75C when they are done cooking.
Bite size sausage rolls:
If frozen, defrost fully for 1 day in the fridge. Egg wash the pastry before popping into a preheated oven at 180C Fan for approximately 20-25 minutes. The core temperature should be at 75C when they are done cooking
TO REHEAT:
Once cooked and cooled, sausage rolls can be heated up by popping in the oven at 165C Fan, cover with foil if getting dark, for approximately 30-45 minutes depending on size or simply eaten cold.

Allergens: Onion, celery, sodium metabisulphite E223, Sulphur Dioxide So2, Breadcrumbs (which contain wheat flour (wheat, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin, water, yeast, salt, flour treatment agent ascorbic acid.
Pastry contains: wheat flour, butter.
