Quick frozen, un-aged Christmas Birds
Produced specially for customers with histamine intolerance and for customers who need a bird earlier than 22nd December, this year we can also offer a range of Quick Frozen, un-aged Christmas birds. The range includes Quick Frozen Free Range Bronze Turkeys, Quick Frozen Free Range Geese, Quick Frozen Free Range Ducks and Quick Frozen Free Range Christmas Chickens.
This a range of special Free Range Christmas Birds which have not been game hung, are un-aged and are frozen within 1 day of killing. This will help to reduce the development of histamine in the meat and is helpful if you are trying to reduce the histamine content of your diet.
These Quick Frozen Early Birds are available
- for Saturday delivery to Belfast, Lisburn, Hillsborough, Holywood, Bangor, Newtownards, Comber, Killinchy on 10th & 17th December
- for collection at the farm on 10th & 17th December
- for collection at the farm on Thursday 22nd, Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th December.
