These delicious sausages are made from Irish wild venison minced twice, mixed with a little gluten free rusk, rosemary, garlic and herbs and then filled into natural sheep casings.

Wild Irish venison 80%, gluten free rusk, juniper berries, garlic, sage, rosemary, fennel seeds, bay leaves, sausage spice 2.5%  (which contains salt, dextrose, potato starch, flavour enhancer E621, onion powder, dehydrated onion, HVP (soybeans), preservative sodium metabisulphite E223 (SO2),  antioxidant E300, silicon dioxide).
