Unaged, quick frozen pasture raised Free range pork cocktail sausages (un-aged, quick frozen, gluten-free, frozen)

These little cocktail sausages are made from un-aged free range pork, butchered within 3 days of slaughter and quick frozen immediately to minimise the development of histamine.

These sausages are made from minced un-aged free range pork, which we produce from our own herd of free range rare breed Tamworth pigs, mixed with spices and gluten free rusk and cased in natural sheep casings. Ideal for canapes, trimming the Christmas dinner, party canapes and children's snacks.
