Delicious marbled well hung grass fed beef, ideal for those who like some fat on their steak.
We offer three steak weights
- a 200 g steak (6-7 ounce steak) - this will be between 1 cm and 1.5 cm thick (depending on the size of the beef animal)
- a 300 g thicker steak (a 10 ounce steak). This will be 50% thicker than a 200 g steak
- a 400 g Thickest Cut Sharing Steak. This will be twice the width of a 200g steak.
