Our free range smoked bacons and hams are naturally smoked over oak wood chips. They are produced from our herd of County Down Tamworth rare breed free-range pigs. Back bacon is the loin from larger pigs and is the leanest of the bacon cuts. Pheasants Hill Farm bacon is dry cured and air dried, with just enough fat for flavour.
