We hand make our sausages from our own delicious Tamworth free range pork, and case them in natural sheep casings. A classic versatile pork sausage, excellent for breakfast with bacon and egg, and equally delicious with mash and onion gravy.
Gluten free sausages are made with a gluten free rusk made from rice flour and maize flour instead of a wheat rusk.
