The traditional cut for roast wild boar - moist and succulent with crispy crackling. Delicious served with roast potatoes and Bramley apple sauce. This is produced from our own herd of free range rare breed Iron Age (wild boar x Tamworth) pigs. This joint is on the bone - this means it is easy to roast on its own bone frame, and the bone adds extra flavour to the gravy.
