Our Christmas trimmings are really special. Our cocktail sausages are the stuff of legends and once you have tasted them, you will see why. A real labour of love, they are made completely by hand using our free range pork shoulder and the finest quality ingredients. In a world of cheap, factory made cocktail sausages, these are true artisan product. The stuffing and sausage meat is made in exactly the same way. Our bacon is handmade, dry cured and hand sliced.
